Is the price on the card really the final price?
Yes. Nightly rate, cleaning, caretaker and GST are all inside the total on the calendar page. The only extras are the concierge add-ons you choose yourself.
What if the home isn't as shown?
Every home is inspected by our team and re-inspected each quarter. If something material is different on arrival, tell your host within 2 hours — we move you or refund you, your choice.
Cancellation?
Full refund up to 7 days before check-in. Inside 7 days, 50%. Inside 48 hours, we try to re-let and refund whatever we recover.
Do you host events or big groups?
Some homes allow up to 20 for a family function with prior approval and a refundable deposit. Loud parties, no — the neighbours are our hosts' neighbours.
